Missing an admission deadline can cost a student a full year, so this section tracks admission openings at Pakistan's universities and colleges as they are officially announced. Every admission post here states the same essentials in the same order: who is eligible, the last date to apply (only when the university itself has published it), the entry test or merit formula if applicable, and the exact steps to apply through the official portal — never through agents or unofficial links.
How admissions actually work in Pakistan: public vs private cycles, entry tests like MDCAT and ECAT, how merit is calculated and merit lists are displayed, the documents you will need, and the mistakes that make students lose seats they had earned.
Read guide →Studying under the Federal Board? This guide explains the intermediate system end to end: how colleges admit FBISE students, how the annual exam cycle runs, and how date sheets and results are published.
Read guide →Three habits will protect you in every admission season. First, apply only through the university's own website or admission portal — genuine links are the ones printed in the official advertisement. Second, prepare your documents early: most rejections at the document stage happen because of expired domicile certificates, missing photographs or unattested copies, not because of marks. Third, note every deadline twice — the last date for online submission and the last date for fee deposit are often different, and the fee date is usually the one students miss.
New openings are added to this page as universities announce them, with eligibility and steps summarised in plain language. Start with the beginner's guide above if this is your first admission season.
